Ultra Light Startups on Tech PR

Late last week Ultra Light Startups hosted a forum on tech PR, branding, and buzz.  Representatives from a number of marketing services firms [Editor's Note: A representative from Trylon SMR, publisher of NYConvergence, presented.] discussed a variety of topics, ranging from in-house vs. agency solutions, the importance of securing legitimate third party editorial validation, pros and cons of press release and wire services, the relationship between  mainstream, new and social media and challenges and the differences between paid advertising and PR/earned media.   A full-length video of the panel is below:
