Verizon Wireless Expands 3G in NY Metro Area
Verizon Wireless recently expanded and enhanced its 3G Wireless network to improve coverage and increase Internet speeds in several parts of the NY metro area. In Rockland County, Verizon added two new cells sites to expand its network in Pearl River and Spring Valley. The company also activated a new cell site in Suffolk County, Long Island for the area of Half Hollow Hills.
Also the company announced they are developing and investing in its 3G network in Lichtfield County, Connecticut, which is located in the rural northwestern part of the state.
