UES Teenager Launches Anti-Swearing Site

Talia Weisberg, an Upper East Side teenager and avid speller (she won the New York Daily News Spelling Bee finals earlier this year), has created an anti-swearing Web site called Bleep! in her efforts to raise awareness of teenage cursing.
