. NY'ers Seeking Digital Switch Coupons Put on Wait List
A press conference will be held on the steps of City Hall on Thursday, Jan. 8th at 11AM to discuss the Commerce Department's National Telecommunications and Information Administration's decision to put those seeking coupons for TV converter boxes on a wait list, reveals an email received by NYConvergence.

Brewer is organizing the event after learning that the coupons will now be mailed out on a first-come-first-serve basis since the program reached its $1.34 billion ceiling.
