Kelly Advises Cutting Communication to Fight Terror

In an address to the Senate Homeland Security Committee, New York City Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly stressed the importance for wireless communication to be interrupted among terrorists during a terrorist attack. His conclusions are based on a review of the recent attack in Mumbai.

Federal laws now require warrants to be obtained in order to monitor communication among terrorists.
