Viacom Might Make Former NY Times Building Home

According to the New York Post, Viacom is close to reaching a lease agreement for a 700,000 square foot space at 229 W 43rd St., the past home of The New York Times.

Currently, Viacom is housed in a 1.3 million square foot space at 1515 Broadway, which is owned by SL Green Realty Corporation.
