Qualified Production Facility Opens in LIC, Queens

The Standard Motors Product Building, recently purchased by Jeff Rosenblum, offers 43,000 square feet for productions with sections set aside for offices.  It's currently home to the NBC Universal pilot Royal Pains.  A complete list of qualified production facilities, where shooting makes a production eligible for the Made in NY incentive program, is available here.
