Shooting Victim Sues Craigslist

A boutique owner shot outside an East Village deli in July has sued Craigslist for $10 million, claiming his alleged assailant used the online classified advertising service to purchase the gun used in the shooting.  The lawsuit accuses the Web site of negligence.
