Cell Phone Cameras Help Fight Subway Crime

Cell phone cameras can now be used to help law enforcement as well as commit crimes in the city's subways.  CenterNetworks posted earlier about a woman who, believing she was the victim of an upskirt photo, followed the alleged peeper, took his photo, and shared it with law enforcement officials.
