New York-based Machine Dreams Acquired by Computershare

Computershare, a provider of investor relations information and communication technologies, has acquired Machine Dreams, a New York-based provider audio-visual and event-related multimedia technology. The Machine Dreams business is the most recent expansion for Computershare's IML subsidiary, following the acquisitions over the last three months of two other providers of audience response services -- Ezicomms in Australia and Four Points in Belgium. Terms of the Machine Dreams acquisition were not disclosed.
